The handball family is large, and it is in the interest of all of us that we are able to support each other. Generation Handball has for this reason entered agreements with a number of other handball tournaments in Denmark and Norway because we believe it is very important to be part of spreading the love of handball.
Some of Generation Handball’s collaborators are Ribe HK EliteCup (elite tournament) in August, Bjerringbro FH Julecup (Christmas tournament) in December, Herning påskecup (Easter tournament) in April, Norwegian Stord Håndballfestival (handball festival) in June, and Norwegian Hamar Cup in May.
In addition, these collaborations allow us and our collaborators to offer clubs a spot in tournaments that they have not participated in before. It’s a win-win situation for all.
At Generation Handball 2017, the Danish handball club Slagelse HK was drawn as winner of a free stay at Herning Påskecup (Easter tournament) 2018. We congratulate Slagelse HK with their prize. Actually, we are also certain that Generation Handball will be getting a reunion with Slagelse HK as they have already registered 13 teams for next year’s Generation Handball.
Earlier this year, the teams Team Sydhavsøerne and Jersie HK won their spots in Generation Handball 2017 when participation in respectively Bjerringbro FH julecup (Christmas tournament) 2017 and Herning Påskecup (Easter tournament) 2017.

In the past weekend, Ikast f. S. won a free stay at Generation Handball 2018 when participating in Ribe HK’s EliteCup. Manager Jens Steffensen took a trip to Ribe with the prize (photo above), and on Sunday, Ribe HK could present the prize to coach of the winning club, Jens Bitsch (photo below).
We are looking forward to seeing Ikast f. S. and all the other teams who will be visiting Viborg in week 31 next year.
