Healthy food for all participants
A week full of matches requires lots of energy, which you will get from the food! Participants eat all their meals at the festival site.

Dietary considerations
We are happy to accommodate dietary considerations if you inform us prior to the handball festival.

Meals

Monday 31 July 2017:
Dinner at 6-8 PM: “The easy way”.
Pitta pocket with salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, peas, onion, carrot), pulled pork or kebab, and salad dressing.
Ice water and squash.

Tuesday 1 August 2017:
Breakfast at 7-9 AM:
Cereals (oatmeal, cornflakes), sugar, raisins, cheese, ham, beef salami, cucumber, pepper, jam, Nutella, brown bread, white bread, soft-boiled eggs.
Milk and juice.

Lunch at 11:30 AM-2 PM:
Soup of the day (tomato soup), green salad with chicken, cold meat (chicken), mini pizzas, bread, butter, fresh fruit.
Ice water and squash.

Dinner at 5-7:30 PM: “Café style”.
Rub marinated chicken breast, baked potatoes in half, salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, peas, onion, carrot), salad dressing, bread, and butter.
Ice water and squash.

Wednesday 2 August 2017:
Breakfast at 7-9 AM:
Cereals (oatmeal, oatmeal squares, cornflakes), sugar, raisins, cheese, ham, beef salami, cucumber, pepper, jam, Nutella, brown bread, bread rolls.
Milk and juice.

Lunch at 11:30 AM-2 PM:
Soup of the day (noodle soup), cold meat (ham), falafels with yoghurt dressing, bread, butter, fresh fruit.
Ice water and squash.

Dinner at 5 PM-7:30 PM: “Mexican style”.
Tacos with salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, peas, onion, carrot), beef or chicken, cheese, salad dressing, bread, butter.
Ice water and squash.

Thursday 3 August 2017:
Breakfast at 7-9 AM:
Cereals (oatmeal, cornflakes), sugar, raisins, cheese, ham, beef salami, cucumber, pepper, jam, Nutella, brown bread, white bread, soft-boiled eggs.
Milk and juice.

Lunch at 11:30 AM-2 PM:
Soup of the day (asparagus soup with meatballs), cold meat (chicken), Danish pork meatballs, bread and butter, fresh fruit.
Ice water and squash.

Dinner at 6-8:30 PM: “Italian style”.
Pasta penne bolognese, salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, peas, onion, carrot), salad dressing, bread, butter.
Ice water and squash.

Friday 4 August 2017:
Breakfast at 7-9 AM:
Cereals (oatmeal, oatmeal squares, cornflakes), sugar, raisins, cheese, ham, beef salami, cucumber, pepper, jam, Nutella, brown bread, bread rolls.
Milk and juice.

Lunch at 11:30 AM-2 PM:
Soup of the day (clear soup/consommé with meatballs), pasta salad, cold meat (mackerel and ham), Danish pork meatballs, bread, butter, fresh fruit.
Ice water and squash.

Dinner at 5-7:30 PM: “American style”.
“Build your own burger”, ovenbaked potatoes, salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, peas, onion, carrot), salad dressing, ketchup, remoulade, mayonnaise.
Ice water and squash.

Saturday 5 August 2017:
Breakfast at 7-9 AM:
Cereals (oatmeal, oatmeal squares, cornflakes), sugar, raisins, cheese, ham, beef salami, cucumber, pepper, jam, Nutella, brown bread, white bread.
Milk and juice.

Lunch at 11:30 AM-2 PM:
Soup of the day (French onion soup with cheese bread), cold meat, warm meat with accompaniment, bread, butter, fresh fruit.
Ice water and squash.
