Meals

These are the meals served in the Generation Handball food hall.
Please, be aware that breakfast is served at Mercantec and Asmildkloster as well from 30 July to 4 August.

Meal times are in the programme.

Saturday 28 July
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Mexican chipotle sub: Wholemeal bun, hamburger, salad, lime mayo, chipotle relish (chili), tortilla crunch.
b) Sour cream & onion sub: Wholemeal bun, chicken, salad, mayo, preserved red onion.
Dinner: Mexican chili con carne with rice and salad.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Sunday 29 July
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Fried egg, ham, brioche bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Beef and bearnaise: Sourdough bread with sprouts, tarragon mayo, salad, roastbeef, preserved red onions.
b) Chicken and lime: Sourdough bread with sprouts, lime mayo, salad, chicken, preserved red onions.
Dinner: Asian chicken and vegetable egg noodles and salad.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Monday 30 July
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Chicken sub: Sourdough bun, chicken, salad, mayo, preserved red onion.
b) North sea sub: Café bun, ham, mayo, salad, North sea cheese, preserved red onion.
Dinner: Italian lasagne and salad.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Tuesday 31 July
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Pulled turkey sub: Rye bread bun, pulled turkey, coleslaw, salad.
b) Roast pork sub: Wholemeal bun, roast pork, red cabbage, mayo, salad.
Dinner: Italian spaghetti Bolognese and salad.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Wednesday 1 August
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Tuna sub: Wholemeal bun, tuna, mayo, salad, preserved red onion.
b) Chicken sub: Wholemeal bun, chicken, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber.
Dinner:
a) American pulled pork: Café bun, pulled pork, mayo, preserved red onion, salad, roasted potato chips.
b) American hamburger: Café bun, hamburgers, mayo, burger relish, salad, roasted potato chips.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Thursday 2 August
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Danish meatball sub: Wholemeal bun, pork meatballs, red cabbage, salad, mayo.
b) Spicy chicken sub: Rye bread bun, chicken salad, pepper salsa, mayo.
Dinner: Hungarian goulash with mashed potato and salad.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Friday 3 August
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch:
a) Egg sub: Wholemeal bun, egg, mayo, salad, tomato.
b) Pulled chicken sub: Wholemeal bun, pulled chicken, coleslaw, chili mayo, salad.
Dinner: Greek beef meat loaf with roasted potato, dip, and salad.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Saturday 4 August
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch: Subs of wholemeal bread, different kinds of meat, mayo, salad.
Dinner: Buffet with a number of delicious dishes.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.

Sunday 5 August
Breakfast: Bread, oatmeal, cornflakes, raisins, sugar, cheese, jam, butter. Omelet, ham, rye bread bun, salad, mayo, tomato, cucumber. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea.
Lunch: Subs of wholemeal bread, different kinds of meat, mayo, salad.
Dinner: Buffet with a number of delicious dishes.
Dinner side dish: Asian rice and vegetables.
